Kaiser's Dragon Link Skill

I played Kaiser in the past, and to activate dragon link, you had to press a certain series of buttons at once. Now suddenly, there's something different, a skill with a ! icon on it. But I simply have no idea how that new system works. I can't figure out how to configure it or use it for attack skills.

Can someone explain?

    To use the dragon link, bind dragon link (beginner skill) to a button on a keyboard
    1. Press attack button (you cannot hold it down)
    2. Before the dragon slash animation finish, you must press all button to the right of the + at the exact same time

    It is detrimental to overall dps/dpm to use this version of dragon link due to dragon slash being very weak and the faster charge and extra damage doesn't make up for it.

    because it was what KMS always had, and we were changed to the KMS version due to 5th job. (they were not going to rebalance V cores for non-kms versions) this change has happened to every version of MS that had non-KMS versions of Kaiser.

    Lumi was also changed to the version KMS always had
