    Bug type: Cash Shop issue/ Game crash

    Brief bug summary: Whenever I attempt to go into cash shop, the screen turns black, stays black for about 30 seconds to 1 min then it goes to either enter the world screen or Client shuts down.

    Bug Type: Cash Shop

    Brief Bug Summary: After attempting to open the cash shop, I am returned to the select world screen and receive a "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later."

    More Details: Before purchasing NX, I was able to access the cash shop without any problems. Now whenever I attempt to open it, Maplestory returns me to the select world screen.

    Steps to reproduce: Be able to access cash shop. Then purchase NX credit via nexon launcher

    Character Name: Jellybreads

    Character Level: 61

    Character Job: Priest

    World Name: Reboot

    Date and Time of Incident: NX was purchased on 6/16/2019. Have not been able to open cash shop since.

    This would be the first time in years. Up to now I always used Karma Koin cards, both physical and digital. I only went for NX Credit because of the recently added Mysterious Relic Boxes, which Karma Koin does not offer exact amounts for.

    More details: I was able to successfully purchase an item in the cash shop but when i went back into it again, my game crashes and now i am not able to access the cash shop whatsoever. this is also caused the game to randomly crash even when i wasnt entering the cash shop unless i restarted my computer.

    I recently purchased 10k NX from the website. With the NX that I got I obtained a pet with 5 extra skills. I forgot that once you purchase stuff from the cash shop, you have to move it into your cash inventory for the items to appear on your character. Once I noticed that I didn't have my items I tried to go back to the cash shop so I can move them but it will not let me. My screen just goes black and after a few seconds it says "Unable to connect to the game server. please try again later.". I've tried restarting MapleStory, restarting the launcher, restarting my PC, changing to a different character and no luck. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

    We just applied a fix to address this Cash Shop disconnection/crash issue.
    Can everyone please try entering the Cash Shop once again?
