I've been getting this a lot. Return to town scrolls and teleport rock can also cause it.
My only solution is just to be persistent with it. It can take several tries before it let's you in.

It works for me, both the manual and auto when leveling.
Also I've noticed you can modify the screenshot key now, as someone who uses laptops that don't have the button, this is incredible.

I haven't noticed this, but I'm staying cautious about it. Something tells me that they made it PDT since Luna characters aren't here but could change it back in the live servers.
