Some medals register and some don't. There was a post with a list of said medals, and it's not just any medal, so you can't just "collect a(ny) medal and throw it away" to reproduce the bug.
No one's accepting that as the proper/final solution. The PNo eel disconnection bug is a bug that's resurfaces from time to time, like I said. Which means it has to be fixed each time and will probably come back again even after it's fixed.
