I cleared the quests for Eurek, Alcaster, and Phyllia, and I still unable to get the Magatia’s Alchemist medal. I can’t find any quests for Magatia to do on the map to get the Magatia’s Alchemist medal.

I contacted Nexon about this, but they say, “you need to start a clean boot, and make sure that your Anti-virus, or firewall are temporarily disabled.” The anti-virus, or firewall is blocking this game. MapleStory is being run on Windows 8 PC.
