    As far as I can tell, this was fixed in v196 (although not mentioned in the update notes).

    If you are still encountering this issue, please comment below with exact details (preferably a screenshot or video) of where it occurs and what you're trying to click.

    Interesting. I wonder why, when they added Blaster, they didn't notice that a lot of classes added since WH are missing a secondary too.

    Comparing to Neville's wares, I see that Vendor C-2 is missing secondaries for:

    By Fusing (alchemy).
    Up until v195, fusing two Epic equips could give you a Rare one (or even one without potential, if you're exceptionally unlucky).
    Right now, though, Fusion is guaranteed to not reduce the potential rank below the lower of the two items being fused.
