Greetings everyone! We have some great news to share in regards to the Easter Egg event that was mentioned in my earlier post.
While promised that we'd see the carry limit per egg type increased next year, it will be applied in this week's patch.
Maplers will be able to hold a maximum of 9,999 per each egg stack after this week's update.
We'll be making changes to the animation of the rockets to help reduce the lag.
Additionally, we'll also be removing the message spam players have been seeing due to the rocket event.
These changes will take place after this week's maintenance.
Thank you guys,
We'll be reducing the drop rate significantly for the eggs in this week's patch.
We've also received confirmation that we'll be increasing the stack limit of each type of egg for next year.
Apologies that this has been a reoccurring issue every year.
May the World Tree Alicia remember these words that were written in this post for next year: "We've also received confirmation that we'll be increasing the stack limit of each type of egg for next year."
Due to policy changes, we will be withholding the names of characters that have been permanently banned.
These numbers only show the total amount of characters permanently banned between the dates: 03/30/2017 - 04/05/2017
We will continue to post the number of characters permanently banned on a weekly basis.
We appreciate the continued support of players to address hackers in-game!
Before I lock this thread for discussing a banned player on the forums (which is not permitted), allow me to clarify. While we do not tolerate players harassing or attacking officials on fansites, there is little we can actually do.
This is mostly due to us not having the authority to warn or ban users on platforms that do not belong to us. Acquiring evidence linking accounts on fansites to official ones can also contribute towards limiting our actions.
However, we do reserve the right to remove players who display extreme toxicity and hostility from our platforms. The user had already acquired a steep warning from a thread created on the VFM Application section.
In addition to the warning, continuation of their abusive behavior ultimately resulted in a ban.
Due to the above, we will not be appealing this particular forum ban.
