They are suggestions, people suggest whatever they want... No one really cares if someones likes it or not

That's not entirely true. As krsk wrote: "If you agree with a suggestion made by another member of the community and would like to see it in a future cash shop rotation, please make sure to hit the like button to show your interest and support."

This implies that comments with a lot of likes are more likely to be forwarded than those without any likes. Now I have no idea how the entire process works, but the last suggestion thread was a mess. It's the reason why Arwoo replaced that thread with this newly improved one. It's likely that if people are going to keep suggesting 50 things at once, rather than just one or two things, the thread could get messy again and Nexon won't know what we want really. It's heading that direction already. Maybe the post should be updated so that suggestions are limited to one or two suggestions.

Anyway, addressing the post Nyctea made: what I said wasn't meant to be a personal attack. I just think that we won't get anywhere with requesting a bunch of things at once. It was wrong to single out someone like that, but I just think there are so many ways to make threads like these better.

People will keep suggesting things and the list will get longer and longer. With the amount of cash shop updates there are nowadays, there's no way they can grant all our wishes, which is why this thread had more potential, as people are encouraged to like things they see. I think it's fair if someone says that they dislike something too. Unfortunately there's no dislike button, so it's done in other ways. Just thought I'd explain some things and share my thoughts.

Please don't request so many hairstyles at once? If you do, at least request good ones. The last one is a good example of a good hairstyle. I don't really know what you see in the others. Nexon can't possibly put all of these in a rotation. You understand that right?

Just tired of seeing people request 5 million things at once.

This seems like a much better system, as the previous thread was just spammed by what everyone wanted and there is no way Nexon is going to be able to include all items requested. At least this way the majority will be happy, rather than just a few individuals. Anyhow,

Basically what she is saying. The cash shop is Maplestory's main source of income, therefore it simply doesn't make sense to not tune it to what the community desires. You've asked for our suggestions and actually listened a few times at the start, but with the recent updates to the cash shop it seems to all have faltered. I understand that a lot of people are suggesting lots of different cash items and you can't possibly implement them all. HOWEVER, you stated that this thread would be a nice opportunity to rotate items into the cash shop that haven't been available for years, or in some cases not all! That's why it's such a disappointment to see a Premium Surprise Style Box contain items that were almost copy and pasted it seems like.

You'll make more money by adding items that haven't been featured before, since no one will have those items and is therefore more willing to spend money to obtain it! It's a win-win situation for all parties involved and it would be stupid to lose out on, from both perspectives.

I wholeheartedly agree!!! Mixed dye coupons cost 5.7k nx and you can't use RP on them, making it quite an investment for some people. It's a big risk knowing that the hair color you want might not even be obtainable.

Some combinations are kinda weird too. Like 85% of blue and 15% of green results in blue hair with a kinda green filter, however the moment you change the slider to 84% blue 16% green, it becomes some ugly seaweed color. The huge jump in color makes it hard to really get the color right so it matches the outfit you want to wear. And you can't create that combination of colors with other colors... so it's just a waste of 5.7k nx at that point.
