The New Year's Coin Shop is run by Ms.Song and she can be found on the bottom-left of the Event Hall. This shop closes on February 7, 2017 @ 11:59 PM UTC.

Unfortunately, this isn't the proper thread to discuss those concerns. We need to focus the issue at hand.
@Phantomn1nja This is part of the Greetings New Year Event. You should get one of the several tags after completing the starting quest in Star Notifier -> New Years Pouch.
Unless you're glitched like me where you don't get a family tag/label. : (
