A solution needs to be implemented as soon as possible. Since red cards and Grandis familiars are not available, players are going to have to make a decision between grinding out 6th job and leveling in Grandis (as intended, like many people want to!) or unfortunately returning to Limina to work on getting decent familiars. It's not uncommon to reach level 260 without rolling anything good on fams.
To think positively for example, Red Cards sold for meso on reboot would add a valuable meso sink and allow players to pick and choose which familiar they'd like to use instead of being locked into embrions or foreberions or whatever tenebris mob they're stuck with. If necessary, these red cards could be capped out at the Unique tier and could be renamed exclusively for reboot. I know everyone wants a cute gang of 3 axolotls or something like the Goo Island familiars as their main familiars. Please make it happen! Red cards or even just implementing grandis fams would be a huge huge step forward for reboot gaming.
It's a fact at this point, but let's discuss! After the recent Jett removal everything is up in the air. How can you just blatantly remove an entire class without replacing it? Horrid behavior and I'm shocked people are just rolling over and taking it. CMS and TMS received an entire replacement! Where's the love for GMS and MSEA? Are we nothing to you, Nexon? I imagine it may be a cultural difference between Korean video game developers and foreign audiences. Our money is just a vehicle to them and not a sign of respect and good wishes. We love Maplestory and wish for it to succeed, but do you really love us? Removing Jett and leaving the game in a state of limbo with the lack of communication doesn't really show it.
So with that, why do YOU think Nexon KR doesn't care about us? Let's discuss! Personally, I think it's arrogance. But who knows! They never tell us anything anyways!
The Jett removal is such a worrying sign of things moving forward. With all the recent noise, it's clear Nexon as a whole does not care at all about GMS. What's the point in spending if the people running our game don't even care? We are not receiving quality content and it's painfully clear that nothing is going to change while the jaded playerbase continues to suckle on nexon's boot. Please start caring for us in GMS. A quality game with quality support will surely lead to greener pastures, but as for right now the game is headed towards its death. Please make change!
This is one of the worst things to ever happen in GMS history. A whole subset of players just had effectively 5-10 years thrown out the window due to nexon's incompetence. The LEAST you could do is allow us to switch to any job, not limited to just explorers. Take the extra time to figure it out. This is seriously a gigantic blow and the fact that we're not even getting a Mo Xuan-esque revamp says a lot about how little nexon cares. Jett was the pride of GMS and the devs in korea couldn't even say "hey let's take this cool space bounty hunter concept and kick it up a notch!" like yall could've seriously introduced it into KMS with this incoming Newage update. I'm pissed, appalled, disappointed, depressed, and every other flavor of sad and angry. PLEASE let us swap to something besides explorers, seriously.
