theres a big difference between all the time and 95% and i say reinstall because it could be something messed up with a file so say theres something corrupted with your map.wz but not the whole file is messed just a part of it dealing with say kerning city but none of your characters are in kerning except for 1 when u log in or out trying to load the corrupted part it will give you an error now take that with a grain of salt and try to adapt it to your situation could you see yourself logging in or out with something wrong i mean if u want you can do a repair if you dont want to redownload but i always find a fresh n clean install better i download and install the game in like 10 mins not that big of a deal
