    split it into 2 version of it...1 that is Interactive classic and 1 that is Heroic Classic

    Classic Interactive would be 100% like the og classic

    meanwhile
    Classic Heroic would have more reasonnable scrolling options
    so 10% scrolls become 65% scrolls
    60% scrolls become 80% scrolls
    100% scroll stay the same
    Chaos Scroll has significantly less chance to boom an item and drop more often

    Scroll drop rate increased to be 3-5 time highter than use to be
    mobs lvl 1-100 will drop scrolls at about these rate
    0.5% for a 100% scroll
    0.2% for a 80% scroll
    0.08% for a 65% scroll
    0.1% for a Chaos Scroll

    mobs lvl 101-140 will drop scrolls at about these rates
    0.8% for a 100% scroll
    0.5% for a 80% scroll
    0.2% for a 65% scroll
    0.3% for a Chaos Scroll

    mobs lvl 141-180 will drop at about these rate

    the above is just stuff i would of liked in the old days but i ain't speaking for everyone
    would i play classic today though ? probably not

    while i do miss some nostalgic maps and party quests and old cash shop way, i think current maple has more potential IF the team is willing to abandon fomo tactics and set the cash shop to work like old days(No gambling) and pour their soul in revamping pqs and creating new ones(alternative way to lvl up other than grind like old days)

    grind maps could also be made more fun in current maple by making it more interesting than just mindless grind....aka adding difficulty to maps(weather effects & special spawns)...ofc leaving some maps to be mindless so that it still appeal to players liking to play mindlessly as well......that way the game would be more versatile and appeal to more types of players

    1- increase house size up to 4-5 time larger than te current largest house(right now all size feel like a joke)
    2- add like 50-80 NPC choices to put in our house(not including the 3 base 1)....like furniture we can place them wherever we want in the house
    NPC type 1- Dark & Cool NPC
    NPC Type 2-Fantasy NPC(Elves,Dwarves, Lizardman, others)
    NPC type 3- beach clothing(suits or jackets)
    NPC type 4- butlers(both genders) & maid(female only)

    NPC type 6- your everyday normal looking person
    NPC type 7-customc cash clothes NPC

    NPC type 9- jesters, clown, buffon clothes

    3- New Home furnitures: Forge, Pizza Oven, futurism chairs, Tables(which we can put food on(Pizza,Roast Chicken, Steak, Apples, and lots of other food choices to choose from)),
    wall decorations(swords,axe, wallpapers, coat on a hook, etc),
    more Ceilling items(punching bags, more lamps choices, ropes, ooze drooping, spider webs, hanging coffins, hanging skeleton, hanging bats, )

    4-secret room where a random npc come says hello(Grim Reaper,Angels,Devils, Bed Monster, Vampire, random human in the wrong place)
    futur robot randomly spawning in your house trough a dimensional portal(gets in and out)

    5- mini-games room(some classic like omok, and also new ones that 2 players can participate in)

    6-Roaming monsters in the background(players get to pick 2-3 monsters to walk/run around in the background...or can leave it at none roaming

    7-(more options for the houses walls, floor and ceilling)
    futurism Wall,Floor Ceilling(bright blue with pattern that look like technology)(Solar Panels look alike but more intricate patterns)
    Creepy Castle Wall,Floor,Ceilling, Gargoyles Statues,(every dark grey(nearly black))
    Royal Castle Wall,Floor,Ceilling(mostly white, red and gold colors)
    Green Emerald colored Walls,Floor,Ceilling(give the feeling of being in an Emerald cavern)


    to have access to the revamped houses make it either 5$ or a fairly big gold sink(10 Bil on reboot) to keep it active for 2 months(similar to how the Phantasy Star Online 2 housing would work).....

    while none of the above are my concern(stuff i dont need).....fomo is def bs and i'am also upset that on average it would cost 170$ to get Inosuke outfit......well over 510$ with bad luck

    peak of stupidity move...meanwhile a super lucky player willl pay 1/10 of what another would pay

    they rly gotta stop with fomo

    setting the price to a static 100$ for specific outfit would be more than enough for those that rly want it(expensive as hell too)

    fomo may also make a player quit if they didn't get what they want within X attempt...aka never spending again if you ruined them

  • Returned to the Maple world from early 2000's

    EDIT: if you would prefer old school gameplay style follow Fuhreak suggestion, otherwise read bellow if you wanna join in for Reboot(this guide probably work for interactive worlds too but not 100% sure)....EDIT END

    1-200 is tutorial levels now(can be done in 1 day AFTER you got your first char to lvl 200+ to benefit from events reward
    200-260 is like lvl 30-120 from old days
    260+ is more like 120-200 from old days

    party quests are now dead

    bossing been refined since old days and there no more knockback bs at lvl 120+

    as soon as your lvl 200 do Ursus everydays during 2X mesos hours !....alway use your hightest level character for him ! the amount of mesos you get scale base on your char level....if you load slowly then opt for the solo option otherwise ursus generally die very quickly in party play....
    party play is the optimal choice if you load fast as you get in and out in like 10-12 seconds instead of it taking 30-40 sec(solo play)
    dying while soloing is fine as long as you dealth some dmg, you still earn your full mesos reward if u dealth the bare minimum needed
    which is a rly small threshold to get it really

    legion lvling is a must if you want to do harder bosses
    Artifact System is a huge start up boost as a fresh new account if someone give you some bosses carries
    unlock ALL these bosses ASAP if you wanna increase your legion progress greatly
    Magnus, Arkarium, Pink Bean, Papulatus, Guardian Angel Slime, Root Abyss, Cygnus, Princess No

    push it for lvl 210 for your first char to lvl 200..then get carried for Artifact points

    b4 you ask any carry do some preparation !!!!!
    1.Emblem: upgraded to unique with 30% Ignore Defense(thats a ust have for bossing)

    2.Hyper Stats: make a bossing preset(balanced stats distribution !)
    since your starting from scratch i recommend the following
    set ALL these to lvl 5 to start up(Critical Rate, Critical Dmg, Ignore Defense, Dmg, Boss Dmg)
    lvl it all evenly except Ignore Defense which should be 3 lvl ahead of your other stats !)

    3.be lvl 210 since you have no legion power !, otherwise asking at lvl 200 would be fine

    4.get All the above bosses listed unlock first

    5.complete the lvl 200 quest call "collector: in search of legends"

    6.unlock Echo of Hero skill(only doable at lvl 200)
    Explorers: go to Orbis floor 8 to unlock it
    Resistance: go talk to the old man in Edelstein to unlock it
    Cygnus Knight: either Cygnus/Neinheart in Ereve or automaticly unlock(can't remember)
    other classes: automaticly unlock i think,if i'am wrong google search it up

    7. complete Dame Appropriation weekly quest for legion coin so you can buy dps buff item from the shop

    FINAL STEPS
    Final Step 1: purchase the following
    Sayram Elixir,
    Legion Might Ticket
    , Cider(from Showa town) IF your a melee class
    , Monster Park potion(Red & Green if your melee, Blue & Green if your a caster)
    do NOT use those buffs for dailies bosses !, weekly bosses only !!!

    Final Step 2: ask your carrier to carry you in chu chu pq b4 you guys start bossing, do NOT ask for Vanish pq !!!
    getting your symbol from lvl 1/2 to lvl 3-4 is a major dps gain, so they might be willing to give it to you if you ask if can
    be done b4 the bosses carries

    Final Step 3: Carrier buff: have them provide you a guild blessing buff, if they can afford it they will bring you a Ursus buff otherwise they
    wont buy 1 for you, dont ask to get Ursus buff, that item can't be bought in unlimited amount due to limited ressources
    if they can afford they bring 1 for you, otherwise they wont

    Procedure after dailies bosses are done: when the carries for the dailies bosses are over, head to Zakum map, click on someone sitting in a 275 chair,
    give them a fame up to receive +50 ATT/MATT buff !! then its time for the weeklies bosses !!

    NOTE 1: do NOT exit the Pignata map untill your carrier broke the pignata, if you do, you may not get credit for completing the boss
    so even if you run bosses just for Artifact points, dont be hasty to leave even if thats a boss you can't get loots from

    NOTE 2: do NOT break chests/loots pignata, let your carrier do it, if you break it you will anger your carrier and they gonna leave you
    carrier should alway break them anyway so that their high drop rate apply to the pignata

    so have your carrier start with the Artifact points bosses if they're cool doing them with you, OTHERWISE,
    if your carrier is not cool with it, skip to the gearing up process
    if they are cool with doing bosses only netting Artifact points, make sure to buy some Aurelia Elixir from the free market
    it give you 1 extra life per fight

    Chaos Slime-x-x-x-x-x-x-x(Artifact Points only, you wont have the dps to do 5% this early on)
    Hard/Extreme Lotus-x-x-x(Artifact Points only, you wont have the dps to do 5% this early on)......(if you lucky u can get an Xtreme lotus carry but very unlikely)
    Hard Damien-x-x-x-x-x-x-(Artifact Points only, you wont have the dps to do 5% this early on)
    Chaos Papulatus-x-x-x-x-(Artifact Points only, you wont have the dps to do 5% this early on)
    Aketchi Mitsuhide-x-x-x-x(Artifact Points only, you wont have the dps to do 5% this early on)
    Normal Cygnus-x-x-x-x-x-(Artifact Points only, while u could do 5% this boss wont net you gear, so its preferable for carrier to end it quickly)
    ....not many carrier would run you for the above bosses but if your lucky they will
    if you die stay dead as long as possible for the above bosses, no carrier enjoy having to restart

    for gear gain have your carrier do these bosses in tHe following order
    Normal Zakum(Crouch poke it so you dont 1 shot), let your carrier with 200%+ drop rate do the killing blow to ensure you get the accessories
    Normal Hilla(some useful gear to increase your dps)...dps untill 94.9% then stop to let your carrier deliver the killing blow
    Normal Magnus......dps untill 94.9% then stop to let your carrier deliver the killing blow
    Normal Pink Bean.....your carrier destroy the bottom statues and let you kill the top 1 solo
    Chaos Horntail.....bring the first head down to about 40-50%(not rly sure of the exact amount you need)....doing that will net you the 5% dps requirement
    Normal Arkarium.....dps untill 94.9%......your carrier can,t see Arkarium hp bar unless they dps him, so let them know when you dealth your 5%

    your carrier pets must be UNSUMMON for the ABOVE bosses otherwise they will steal the gear from you

    for the bosses BELLOW your carrier can have their pets active.....also got to be done in a proper order
    Chaos Von Bon(dps untill 94.9%)
    Chaos Pierre(dps untill 92%, there a possibility that he heal, so cover for it !)
    Chaos Crimson Queen(dps untill 94.9%,if she heal cause of mirror do an additionnal 3%)
    Hard Magnus(dps untill 94.9%)
    Chaos Zakum(for Artifact point OR accessory if normal didn,t drop both)(dps untill 94.9%)
    Princess No(dps untill 92%, because she passively heal !)

    Chaos Bean(have carrier kills the bottom 4 statues, then dps the top statue untill you bring it down to 12%)
    note: if you can't dps Bean top statue well enough to bring it to 12%, your carrier should consider pushing when timer is at 18 mins left)
    your dot need to be green after 2 of the 3 health bar of Bean been destroy, if it isn't you may end up with less than 5% dmg total and
    get no loots

    Vellum(dps untill 94.9%)

    lastly NX is gonna hand out 20 potions to skip 20 classes to lvl 200 in a soon to come patch(you got about 3 months to clear tutorial on 20 classes for it)
    and i mean the actual tutorial(job quests....not the fact that 1-200 is praticly tutorial now)
    among the classes i recommend to skip(aka feed these potions to) are the following
    1.Kaiser
    2. Wild Hunter
    3. Kinesis
    4. Demon Avenger
    5. Corsair
    6. Night Lord
    7. Lara
    8. Evan

    does that mean those classes are bad ? some yes, some no
    so why this list ? multi-reasons(each classes has its own reason)
    1.very hard to play
    2. clunky OR bad during 1-3 jobs
    3. bad at mobbing
    4. weak dps untill fifth job
    5. Lara is only there because i hate its rng factor even if its dps output is great

    ..............note: while i experienced bossing on all of them, not all of them are my current boss mules
    and why that ? because i'am progressing my legion with efficiency, so some of my current boss mules are classes i do not enjoy

    and as you notice, i dont rly enjoy classes that are rly rly hard to play(as in too much for my hands skills)
    so among those very difficult to play classes are
    Hayato, Evan, Adele, F/P Mage, Demon Avenger, Blaster, Luminous, Hoyoung, Lara, Illium
    Evan is more of a memory skill than hands skill issue and the only class of that kin

    Note: there some classes i would actually enjoy if not for certain minor issue they have(class bellow)
    Kanna: even with Skill transparency, her skills clog up the screen(make boss mechanics impossible to see)..would be nice if were put behind boss layers
    Blaze Wizard: gets rooted in place which make dodging boss attacks sometime impossible
    T-Breaker: same issue as Blaze Wizard
    Xenon: same issue as Blaze Wizard
    Night Lord: i can't stand their upjump

    what are the best bossing classes ?, i would recommend viewing youtube videos for that ;P, however beware that best bossing class
    doesn't mean its a class you would enjoy or would have the hands skill for it
    i know Duky and Rathgms have been doing boss ranking for classes......not sure if there are other youtubers doing that...possibly 1 or 2 others but i can't remember :D

    play more than a hour a day !

    i'am 3 month off of 2 years gameplay and my current progress is
    275 Khali
    265 Kinesis & Kanna
    261 Wild Hunter
    260 Shade & Night Lord
    Mercedes 253
    Demon Slayer 250
    T-Break 240
    Dawn, Buc, Demon Avenger, Corsair, 236
    34 other classes are at lvl 220
    1 is at 219
    and last 2 are 210

    all my 260+ are hyper burning(except Khali)

    220-235 take roughly 35-40 min over 16 days doing just M-Park and Dailies
    lets say you do it for a whopping 1 year non-stop...thats 24 characters to 235 if they started at 220

    i'am not counting event lvling potions, lvling maps(Strawberry for example), or even sunny sunday(250% M-Park exp)

    1-200 is gonna be a comple skip in a 3-5 months...they be giving 20 potion sending a new char straigth up to 200
    wtv left over you have u can consider them done soon


    Wings of Fate you'd have to be as crazy as i'am to do it on mass characters
    i cleared it on about 44-45 classes......i haven't done it in months though......screw that...no more suffering for me
    Afterland however thats quick if u do it right...roughly 40-50 mins to clear...not 3 hours like wings of fate


    you can do Afterland and Wings of Fate quests at any level but its recommended to do Afterland at 75(as soon as its unlock) while its worth some decent exp for clearing it........Wings of Fate is entirely optionnal.....get carried in hard Magnus for Tyrant Cape(open boss ui and request a carry)

    not rly sure why you say you loose the rewards but the questlines are alway available, and they dont dissapear from your inventory either when you lvl up unless you discarded them then thats on ya
