What, precisely, the hell kind of logic is "I don't like this so it should be removed from the game"? You're not the only one playing this game, you know. And there are certainly people playing who actually enjoy reading quest dialog and the like. Who are you to dictate what is or isn't in the game based on your own personal preferences?
Do like neo said, leave the content area and never go back if it's so long and boring.
Has your guildmate considered not waiting until 15 minutes before reset to do a boss that he intends to do with the rest of you after reset? Since, judging by your tone, you all, him included, have voiced your annoyance at this. While the suggestion is understandable, a simple user-end change is all that's required for this to stop being an issue.
Branch out into different classes. Maybe that specific warrior(I'm assuming one of the three explorer warriors) you chose isn't a good fit or isn't what you were hoping it'd be. If there's a class you looked at and thought "there's no way in hell I would enjoy playing that", give that one a try and you might surprise yourself.
A lot of what you listed, most people learn about organically as they progress. You think it would be better, somehow, to dump all of this mess onto a new player who's five minutes the other side of character creation and go "here's what you need to know about and remember for as long as you play"?
If anything, just flames and additional options should be given a tutorial segment.
