What "top ranked games" are you referring to? Because a lot of the top-ranked games that I can think of off the top of my head still sell loot boxes in one form or another. Overwatch, League, Fortnite, PUBG, CS:GO; they all sell loot boxes full of cosmetics.

Random Style boxes might be okay, since they are purely cosmetic. (But make sure you can reasonably get nice stuff without randomness.)
Circulators/Cubes/Stamps are really just paying for items you can get in game, that do the same thing as normal in game items (in general). Those are probably okay for the moment.
Scrolls are an interesting case, where you pay to not be gambling? TBH, just streamline the system to be less random. Its not needed.
Meso Pouches will probably have to not have randomised amounts.
I've probably missed things, because I have no interest in any of the gambling crap from the cash shop anyway. I'd maybe consider buying a random pet, if there wasn't one available I felt like buying, or didn't really care what I got.

Again, the issue is not what you can get from them, but the fact that they're based around the "element of chance". That, as I've said prior, is what the point of contention is.

You did privately message me. Which I ignored. Because you do not control when and where I post. You are not a moderator, and as I'm breaking no forum rules outside of apparently offending you with my continued existence, complaining to any of the mods as well as live chat will get you nowhere. And I can tell you from personal experience that crying to support for forum issues will get you told that it's a community issue and that they don't handle those.

By getting rid of bs useless potentials whose sole purpose is to unnecessarily saturate potential pools and make it impossible to get good lines without having to pour in crap ton $$$.

To preface, if the incinerator in henesys market won't eat a cash item, you can go into the cash shop, move it to your cash storage, right click it and delete it from there. You'll have to enter your PIN, since it's cash items you're dealing with. Moving on...

Sorry but all of your "reboot ideas" are literally just "make everything easier for me". I can't support any of those.

The rest of your ideas are, honestly, about as airtight as your reboot ones. You're basically saying to give people a permanent maple teleport rock that an arguably minuscule amount of grinding can upgrade to a no-restriction hyper teleport rock. Given that there are a lot of people who could easily clear the legendary hunter medal's requirements(100k monsters killed in the span of about a month) on a daily basis, I can't support this either. It would basically hand out permanent hyper rocks to everyone who can drop kishin/frenzy/buy service and grind in a single map for several hours.

And your pet one, the only thing talking to your pet, making it pinch a loaf and the like, does is raises the closeness of it. Which you can also do with both the standard pet food found in npc shops or the special foods found in the cash shop. Again, not something I can support. You're asking for a permanent pet, with all skills, just for raising its closeness.

The overarching issue with these suggestions is that if you make the requirements too strict, no one will bother with it because other ways are faster or easier. If you make the requirements too lax, then everyone and their 45 mules will have a permanent hyper rock and pet with all skills.
