Any character with a sealed item cannot be deleted, for one.
Aside from that, it seems more like it would be geared towards people who share accounts so I'm not sure why it exists tbh.(less)
It keeps you from accidentally selling things too. Especially useful if you're the type to have a set of damage and drop gear.
If you're not on reboot and/or using this character exclusively to farm drops, I would go with the second one. You can lock your tier and first line and roll the second two from there. Not … (more)sure what else you ought to aim for, I don't main, or even play, a mechanic.
