To Pantheon is the main Heliseum storyline quest.

For the Magnus Simulator, accept the quest at level 115 titled "[Easy Magnus] Magnus Simulator" from the lightbulb tab.

Spirit of Freedom grants up to 8 seconds of invincibility when you respawn. Additionally, you should macro your transformation with Perfect Armor so you can immediately rejoin with little issue.
