Tier-up rates are dependent on the cube being used, so it's identical to normal potential in every way with the exception that it can only be re-rolled with a b-pot cube or a white cube.
I don't know how b-pot cube rates compare to normal cube rates offhand; if I'm not mistaken I think they're somewhere around the same rates of red cubes, and white cubes have a similar rate to black cubes. However we don't usually have white cubes in the cash shop.

Essentially it would be like re-cubing your gear entirely from scratch. You'd also need a source of bonus potential scrolls for existing gear, which means for Reboot you'd probably have to wait through quite a few events to collect enough for all your gear. Also, unless white cubes are added to the cash shop permanently, it'll be like cubing your gear using only red cubes.

Please follow the bug reporting guidelines and clarify the problem, if possible.

Keep in mind that you deal less damage to Magnus and take damage over time whenever you are outside the blue aura surrounding him.

- Do not create threads pertaining to Old Maple Servers, Legacy Server, Pre-Big Bang Servers, etc. You can talk about previous verions of MapleStory for memories and nostalgia's sake, but discussions surrounding starting up new services or servers are not allowed.

You have to first select the location you want to travel to, then click the blue "enable navigation" button at the top of the map. It threw me off too, at first, but it's been present for a few updates now.

Buying mesos for real money is against the terms of service and is not allowed. You're also liable to get scammed.

If you want to convert NX to mesos or vice versa, first convert your NX to Maple Points by buying one the of the available coupons in the cash shop, then use the meso market function located in the free market (you can also go to any town, select "quick move", and click on the NPC featuring a black pantsuit); enter your PIC and buy/sell your mesos.
