It's perfectly legitimate to be able to hold down (with your own finger, of course) Ether Pulse with Blackhearted Curse to train or farm, it's quite effective. But if they really wanted to deter people from just weighing the key down, they could just have a second version of Ether Pulse when Blackhearted Curse is active. There's quite a few precedents for this, like enhanced Raging Blow when Enrage or some other skills are active for Heroes, even in the past, turning Kaiser's jump into a teleport when transformed. They could simply change it to only teleport forward, or make it a flash jump, or something else entirely. There would probably still be a lot of potential for key weight botting, but it should be more in line with doing it with most of the other skills, rather than the ease you could perform it now.
Speaking of free perma pets, I'd like to see the Makeover Month that we had during Unleashed back. It was 4 weeks of a quest for free perma NX outfits, plus a perma pet.
If you play Aran, you go to Ellin Forest through the time gate in Helios Tower and Athena Pierce attempts to give you a letter, but you can't take it because you're not from that time. So she promises to hold on to it until she can give it to you in the present. At that point, you go to her in the present, and she hands you the letter, so your interaction in the past has affected the present.
Tess, Kyrin's brother, who first shows up in Ellin Forest, also appears in the present time as one of the Explorers in your group in the Explorer quest line, also mistaking you for Kao as you leave Southperry for Lith Harbor.
Unclaimed points are the ones shown in your Reward Points UI, the ones that get added to your actual reward points pool when you enter the cash shop. If you just leave it there, they only last a week, you're meant to store them in the Cash Shop, where they last about two months, they expire at the end of the second month after you've put them in the cash shop.
