  • [Announcement] Regarding Kanna's Haku's Blessing

    No, No, No, NO!
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE KANNA BALANCED! IF ANYTHING, THIS JUST MAKES KANNA USELESS!
Kanna's normal M.Attack stinks in the first place, and Haku's blessing makes the damage actually do something against enemies and bosses. Yes it's OP if any other mage gets it, because almost every other mage has decent to high natural M.Attack damage. They're offensive. Kanna isn't. It's supportive.
Haku's blessing is seriously the class's best attribute to actually make it a decent class to solo/main. If anything, I would listen to almost EVERYBODY on this thread and make Haku's blessing only effective on Kanna, because this is the class that desperately needs it. Unlike most other classes(hint, hint, the classes that actually need to be nerfed), Kanna can't solo bosses without Haku's blessing.

Did anybody actually play Kanna in Nexon? Everybody who's ever played Kanna knows that their damage is horrible.

I have to agree...if Haku's Blessing is just a Kanna self-buff, it actually would be comparable to other mages...

Introducing...the Black Widow Set or Grieving Widow Set
    I5siy6N.jpg
I was inspired by the sad anniversary of my Mother's death (next week on the 18th). What's wrong with grieving while looking fabulous? Why does this widow grieve? I wanted to do something that I would want on my character, although the picture is not colored, the color palette is in dark grays and blacks, perhaps dark purples, but not much different than the colors shown on the colored image. I would like to note that certain areas are "translucent" and that means they would show the skin through them somewhat (I have indicated which parts of the outfit in my image)

    Outfit:
    - Black Widow's Shade (Hat)
The Rose on this would be colored dark indigo purple. The Shade itself would be gray to hide part of the face, but you can still see them underneath the veil.
    - Black Widow's Dress (Overall)
The darkest elements on the dress would be a deep gray, almost black. Top half of the sleeves is translucent gray.
    - Black Widow's Steps (Shoes)
The socks are meant to be translucent, and grid-patterned. Shoes would be black.

Although this was inspired by sad events (and uploaded on a sad day to boot) It can still show pushing through grief. The hardest part is probably getting through that, but we all do in the end, no? We need to grieve to be able to move on...
Uhm...I might also wanna mention I am from Reboot, but Petalmagic of Nova will work fine as well. (I'd prefer to have my forum related name over one of my IGNs in Reboot)

  • My Insight into Lag Issues

So I heard the game is broken. again. Being inquisitive, I have done a few tests comparing my old game running "stats" to the current.
    First: Memory
On average, pre-Tune up, my game ran around 700-800 MB without running it very hard.
Post-Update: 1400+ MB if I can actually log in. 1390 MB if I can make it to character select.
Hypothesis: Possible memory leak type issues, because the usual "increase" from past patches in memory usually isn't this big. Need peers to confirm this.
    Second: CPU
Normally, when a game boots up, I expect a CPU spike in upwards of 40%
If that number doesn't decrease to less than 20% after say...3 minutes, I usually crash. If it goes below 8%, I also crash (if in the game)
Hypothesis: None yet, need other opinions
    Finally: General Log-in Issues
Most of my issues with the game involve logging in to the game or the Cash shop.
Hypothesis: Possible DDoS of Log In servers

Please note: This is all just my limited insight into all of the crazy crashing and stuff. I would gladly hear your opinions on the matter. I am not a professional or anything, just someone who has made some observations. We can all discuss this civilly.
