Considering their track record with broken events, they're not going to do anything. Even though the issue has been reported repeatedly for over a month now, it hasn't even been acknowledged. RIP the 10k reward points and 6 red cubes I was supposed to get from the Tier 3 box.

MegaScience is not a "worker". He's a player like you, who volunteered to help moderate these forums. He can't fix the boxes and he can't force Nexon to fix them. All he can do is forward the issue, which he did.
Rage at Nexon all you want (within the Code of Conduct, anyway), they certainly deserve it for deciding to ignore this issue.
But lay off the Volunteer Moderators, none of this is their fault.

Hello, I am unable to open the takeover Tier 1 box, as it gives me the error message "you already received the awards!"

Ya, I have a little over a week before my Tier 3 box expires, and as usual Nexon doesn't care at all since this problem has been completely ignored even though it was reported since the beginning of the event in JULY! Submitting a ticket is useless because they only close it immediately, saying to watch the web site and official forums for news, of which there has been absolutely nothing for well over a month. The issue still has not even been acknowledged, and it's curious to note that the "known issues" section has not been updated since MAY!!!!
Thanks for your ongoing total lack of concern, Nexon, for significant problems faced by players due solely to YOUR incompetence. You can't even be honest about the severe instability of the servers and constant crashing since last week, stating that it's being experienced by only "some" players when the entire player base has been seriously affected. So, how can we expect anything to be done for us at this point?
