    I have submitted an ticket and disclosed everything that happened.

    All I did that day (October 17th, 2019 Time: 4 : 00 PDT)
    was I trained that day and used the rune of skill destruction while I was training my Kanna in Reboot from LV. 209 ( 3823215259 ) to LV. 210. After the training session I started the Chu Chu Island Pre-quest and stopped in town and cubed my Fafnir Indigo Flash in Chu Chu island and as I was cubing that's where I suddenly was banned. The cubes I used was the Black cubes (30) in bulk from the sales on October 2nd, 2019.

    Edit: They say the reason why I got banned was that I engaged in 'skill cooldown manipulation activity'. I never used any Third-party programs as I know its against the TOS.

    I too was falsely banned. I tried submitting a ticket but they said I engaged in 'skill cooldown manipulation activity'. And I'm pretty upset about it. I love the game and my friends in it but nexon falsely ban me and I felt that I lost a part of myself. I have never used any hacking tools/programmes. Please help....

    Here's a summary of when it happened.

    Time: 12 : 27 PDT on 17 Oct 2019

    I was training on my kanna at fes2 and then I died and lost all my buffs so I was a bit irritated and logged off my kanna character and logged in my main(sodiumfluori) and after 5~10min I disconnected. To my dismay, when I tried to logged in. I received a notification that I have banned. Tried submitting a ticket but it didn't work. I would like to clarify once again that I did not use any hacking programmes/tools.

    I have the same problem and i think i was banned for submitting a ticket as well. I cannot submit the ticket through NX support. It always shows a loop.

    I got same rune problem. It gave me a temporary ban first and then it changed to permanent ban.

    May I know the progress now? I never use illegal program and I didn't find my account or IGN on the banlist published yesterday. I just sent ticket twice but they told me that no further appeals would be considered. WTF. Why I have to take this for the thing that I haven't done.

    I also submit a ticket before it banned. but Stratarius say they can't solve this problem.
