If you're doing 1 damage that means that you're either too low level or you have too little ignore enemy defense(ied%), in this case it should be level. I believe you need to be within 20 levels of the enemy to deal damage to it in reboot.

It's been discovered on reddit that the soldier's kills are what gives determination. This means don't kill mobs yourself and just jump/tp around freeing soldiers and letting it kill for you. I get about 5k per flare with no kishin and I 1-shot.

I believe most binds are around 10 seconds long and kanna binds should be 20 seconds long.
The max duration can be kept as it is now at 20 seconds or whatever is thought to be balanced.
