Can confirm the vent is broken. I was able to get past it yesterday on the same character, but it didn't work. I had to restart the level and it worked. This is the first time this happened to me so I hope this isn't some random occurence.

I've noticed this too. We were told that there were no plans to remove 3 link skills, so I don't know what happened. I hope they look into this. So far, it's the only link skill affected so I hope they fix it and revert it back to level 3.
