Just in case people think this bug makes Phase 3 mega easy, it's just a visual bug, the timer doesn't actually reset to 15 minutes or whatever. The same bug happened in KMS as well and it's quite funny it made its way over here.

The "Hack detection" popup is still happening after the maintenance. I know it wasn't mentioned to be fixed, but thought I'd just let people know it's still a thing for the time being.
I'm in the same position as others as well. I even re-logged to try and slowly kill the Scion mob, in case killing too fast broke the quest, and nothing changed.
