    Brief bug summary:

    Those that participated in the Legacy of Nine event (specifically with the Johanne NPC) still have an NPC modification left over from that event - Johanne resides next to certain NPCs, which should not be the case as the event is long gone.

    More details:

    Those that never participated don't see these NPCs with Johanne by their side. And this is not a separate NPC that sits next to them - it's an actual replacement of the NPC's sprite that is shown.

    Affected NPCs:

    Jade in El Nath.

    Jeff in Ice Valley II.

    Chief Tatamo in Leafre.

    Phyllia in Magatia.

    JM From tha Streetz in Kerning City.

    Muhamad in Town of Ariant.

    Brief bug summary: Bowmaster's Quiver Cartridge skill reads "Able to use 103 Special Arrowheads", but it should read "Able to use 10 of 3 Special Arrowheads".
