[Updated February 26] The Damage Skin Random Box has been temporarily removed from the Cash Shop while we investigate an issue.

"Error code 38" happens if you get a counter of 5 over your head. Normally you're supposed to die at that point, but it's bugged and causes a crash instead.
To prevent this, kill the … (more)summons at the bottom of the map before they reach the middle. If you can't do that, then allow yourself to get killed when the count is 4, and it will reset when you revive. (less)

The UI is indeed missing. This is a bug that has been reported. Nothing we can do for now but wait for it to be fixed.
