Best of luck to you in your future endeavors, Arwoo. You came in at an incredibly rough time and had probably one of the worst trials by fire I've seen (sorry for contributing to that). A lot of us were really skeptical of you, but I feel that you really came into your own and formed a really wholesome with this community. Thank you so much for everything you did.

It's been just shy of a month now since we've had any official post or comment from Arwoo or anyone else from Nexon. I feel that we're overdue for an update regarding a couple of the more recent hot topics such as the removal of the /find command.

I think it would also be nicer to get a bit more presence here in general. I don't believe Discord is an appropriate place to learn about things like the CM being absent for an extended period of time. In addition to this, I understand the appeal of delegating more and more work to the VFMs and I really do appreciate all that they do for us, but I'm sure I can speak for everyone here when I say that we would love to hear more from our CM and other Nexon employees (which has been a popular request in this community for years).

Give everyone something more than just some overly safe PR response in attempt to appease them.

Release some numbers if you want the community to trust that you’re doing something. Something like:

“Hey Maplers,

We’re still working on a concrete fix for the issues some of you are having with your Kannas. While we cannot go into more revealing details, we can share some numbers with you.

Over ‘A’ accounts have been banned as a result of these Kanna issues.
‘B’ players have submitted tickets to have their cases reviewed. Out of these, ‘C’ players have been released as false positives and ‘D’ players’ bans have been confirmed as hackers/exploiters.

We’re sorry for any frustration or farming/training delays these issues have caused. Rest assured, that we are hard at work to resolve these as quickly and painlessly as possible.”
