As most of you are aware, in today's maintenance we synced the game server time to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), instead of the previous Pacific Standard Time (PST). As a … (more)result of this change, some events are now set to start at different times from before the maintenance began.

We apologize that the announcement of these changes were sudden and we apologize for any inconveniences this change may have caused. We're currently planning to adjust future event times so that they more closely align with the previous event start times. We’re also looking into the current events and content times to determine if they need to re-calibrated to their original schedule. Please bear with us as look into your concerns and find a solution that will better service all of our global players.

First off, we’d like to apologize for the radio silence regarding the IP Block incident. We have been hard at work releasing v177 to you and looking into all the issues you … (more)have reported since the update. We have also been preparing for the Europe Service Migration and we will be announcing an update on that very soon.

Now –
As most you are aware, some regional IP blocks were accidentally lifted following the v177 game update last week. These IP blocks were reinstated in today’s maintenance because we are still working on the servers, accounts, and database information for our Europe Service migration. We are not quite ready yet for all the wonderful constituents from other regions to join us. We apologize for the inconvenience.
