Nothing can be done about the CS Inventory, it's the way its designed in KMS and GMS will not make changes on their own as they copy the patch notes of KMS.
However, I think giving us Cash Inventory Transfer Event only ONCE A YEAR is a little excessive! In 2018 we got the event 3 times a year.
Atleast give us the event every 6 months. Waiting a whole year to transfer outfits makes me feel like the Nexon Team doesn't give a crap about us players.
So yes, make Cash Inventory Transfer Events more frequent please.
In the last Fairy Bro's Attendance event, there was a Chair Selection Box of previous event chairs that we had over the years (this chair did not appear on the list).
If another box appears in the future, I'd love for this chair would be added to the list.
