non since I'm a huge merch-er, love buy lowing and selling high, etc etc.
If you end up not joining Reboot, feel free to join my guild and me on Scania. #shamelessplug
You can also do this while playing reboot if you have enough funds to play the market on a normal server.
Though it will take longer and you're probably better off just picking one over the other, it can be fun to JUST mess with the market as a reboot player.
Think of it like steam trading cards, not worth much, but every once in a while you can get a a few dollars worth of NX. (less)
mostly. I never saw a use for it on a dual blade, as said dual blade has whatever that one v skill is, blades of destiny or something?
I don't believe it can be used in-air on any class. So it's more useful on teleport based classes imo.
Alternatively classes that don't have good vertical reach like bowmen. (less)
Realistically, you have a male gender-locked class, and a female gender-locked class. If you don't like that, I welcome you to pursue one of the literally almost four dozen other classes that give you a choice between male and female.
But the gameplay and skills won't be the same. There's also the creative side (fashionstory) where people like to give themes to their characters. Imagine if I/L was locked to females and F/P could only be male. People have their own preferences with gender and how to dress classes.
As someone who plays a Female F/P mage, that wouldn't stop me from playing my favorite class.
It's fun yes, (to dress up your characters) but it shouldn't be stopping you from playing the class you like.
As Aggraphine said, it's a small minority that actually cares about this.
Realistically, Nexon isn't going to change it. They most likely never will. If you like the class, I suggest you just play it.
Regardless of Male or Female. (less)
I think that fact that is has been "almost 7 years" shows exactly how much Nexon cares about this topic.
I honestly don't mind gender locks, but only for story reasons. I usually play as … (more)the canon sex anyway.
What strikes me as odd however, is that only Angelic Buster/Mihile have them.
It would be more understandable if they all had them, but it's only these two? Why?
In games where assets are hard to produce and character models are vastly different, gender locks save development time for devs.
But MapleStory's assets are pretty much all the same. I fail to see any reason why it would need gender locks.
While we're on the subject, can we get rid of the male/female versions of armors in the early game? (less)
