Hiya, got your memo and you are right. It would seem a lot of RA's boss mechanics got messed up over the recent update. I'll forward this right away regarding our fellow clockwork clucker.
It would really help checking the other RA bosses and get specific bug reports filed if something is wrong while you are fighting them.
(Embarrassing to admit... my main is not strong enough to beat the bosses even in normal mode for me to confirm myself)
We are still awaiting word as to whether this is an error or an intentional function

From one underemployed graduate speaking to another, I sincerely wish you only the best in finding a fun career for your college degree. It is not often easy transitioning from a graduate to a salaried employee.
I've had my B.S. in Statistics for a few years now and have yet received a single offer despite the seemingly countless applications submitted and job fairs attended. Right now, still actively job searching while working part time bar-tending (and volunteering here, of course) but haven't given up yet.
In the meantime, I still find flinging a few fireballs in MS really helps take the edge off from a crummy day serving Mimosas.
I'll pass along your observation to the other VFMs for their input, but you both bring up a solid point. IED nebs and an [A] +150 W. Defense neb are definitely not worth the same, so why are both being exchanged for 3 flames?
On the off chance you your weapon doesn't have a better stat on it, you still have plenty of time to find a use for the neb before the conversions take place come June 20th.
