well am not sure about that since id rather earn my way to be able to kill a boss instead of getting everything i need to do it
but thats maybe because am old school type you might not understand my point soo allow me to make it clear
what feels better example one

after months of training preparing yourself for a big fight with a boss that its going to destroy the world with a reward that actually gives you more than just stats
you finally achived the hardest task you could ever do and you not only get that but admiration from new players or friends also a few jealous people in less words
you are THE hero of maple world {not a bunch of fools that only sealed away someone}
or
you want to be given everything from the start equips insane amounts of stats and the option to spamm one button to kill the exact same boss yet every one else does it dayly or every week

please tell me what feels better for you

Oh no, you still have to obtain cores to get skill upgrades, same applies to the symbols. They're not technically just "given to you", especially the prequest for 5th Job.

like u can use the blade ascension+flash jump combo in dojo but not anywhere else; so its obviously a bug.

We can only do this inside Mu Lung Dojo. Please fix it so we can do this outside of it too.

Fair enough, for the most part, but there is literally no defence for pulling the game down without fixing what makes important portions completely unplayable for many people. ok, the issue with the old event can probably wait till next weeks maintenance.

Some people would differ, but I'll agree with you on this one.

With the minor exception of the filter. I think it's a controversial topic that should be reserved for the appropriate place. However I would like to point out that the mistake they made to "unleash the beast" has given us openings for future suggestions, an example seen here:

There's much more I would like to say, but I don't think it's the right time or place for that. At the best, I'd like to see officials engage with the community more about the possible "potential adjustments to the system" that is wanted, not just randomly guessed and assumed. We are the players that make the MapleStory community which leads me to believe that there should be at least a proper discussion on this topic.

But seriously? Nothing is being done about the massive number of crashes leading people to not be able to do events? The glitched quest in haunted mansion? the fubar with the high school event end?

stellar detective and the medal are the only NECESSARY changes in this, where are the ones that totally bleeped people over? why arent they being fixed?

I'll give some insight.

They probably didn't have enough time to find the issues/solutions within the time-frame that they planned this Unscheduled Minor Patch.

I think the more important issue is recognition with current bugs instead of quietly ninja-fixing them or never getting to them or complete silence. Communication and time allowance and efficiency is key here.

Censorship shouldn't be removed. Although there are kids playing this game who are under 18. Maplestory also has gambling in the game, such as Gachapon / Premium Cash Boxes, and Cubing. Shouldn't they remove that too? If they going to remove censorship back to the way it was, and go back to Pre-BigBang MS.

They would have to go back farther if we're talking about Gachapon.

Update - Here are the changes in this Minor patch:

• The Reboot Master – Class Medal reward can now be redeemed in Reboot world.
• The curse word filters have been reapplied.
• Andersen’s Keys will no longer be dropping when hunting mobs.
• The game will no longer appear black and white while adjusting the Graphics and Effects settings while in Crimsonwood Castle.
• The Stellar Detectives icon will now appear properly.
• Regional IP blocks have been reapplied for certain regions that were incorrectly opened.
