Turns out Nexon blocked off the final quest, "The Alien Mainframe". Why? Because Nexon.

I also find it weird that they didn't bother to update the quest to have more fitting monsters at the quest level (for example, level 75 requires mobs that are now level 91 and 127, instead of closer to 75).
