The quest say it drop from Mammoth Moon Bunny which are found at Towards the Graveyard which is on the mushroom shrine map (keep going left).

The quest description was not updated to be accurate of where the Mammoth Moon Bunny spawn now.

Your screenshot seem to show that it is working properly as your speed say 113% and the skill give +13 speed. (default is 100%)

In case you are confused, "Mega Monkey Magic" completely replaces "Monkey Magic", it doesn't add the effects of the old skill together.

Also speed mean character walking speed, not attack speed. (Hand cannon has a attack speed of 8 (6 with booster), which is very slow when compared to other classes attack speed)

You must have clicked the 4th button which is the "external chat" button that put your chat window outside of the Maple Story window.
You probably can't see the external chat if your resolution is not wide enough.
You can put the chat window back inside Maple Story by going to setting > option > game > chat box > uncheck "External chat box for windowed mode".

Just to be clear, the 2nd button from the left is the "item link" button, not the 4th button.

[Smokescreen]: Fixed the error where the effect of enemies taking more Critical Damage in the Smokescreen was not being applied to boss monsters.

Make sure the target you are fighting is in the smoke screen as it is a debuff for enemies and does not show up in your or party member stat window.

Reset your hyper stats, put all your points into Arcane Force. 45 is needed to take 1 damage in the first area. 60 is needed to take 1 damage in the cliff area. 90 is needed to take 1 damage in the cave area.
