It is due to dark sight effect of Ho Young (not allowed to pick up items while in dark sight), this is fixed in a later patch from KMS, so wait a while (3 months)

We have reduced the inconvenience of using Dark Sight while hunting.

Can confirm all cygnus knight class is missing 1 SP according to the patch note from KMS.
Why this happened? Every other class changes had a skill master level reduced, while Cygnus … (more)Knight class are the only one that get 1 more SP added when they job advance to first job, which require digging somewhere else in the game code to edit the amount of SP given.
Xenon is a strange case.
Before the glory patch, Xenon can already max out everything in the first job, by raising the max level of Pinpoint Rocket from 4 to 5, they made it impossible to max out the first job. (GMS outdated 2018 guide showing everything in first job can be maxed, https://ayumilove.net/maplestory-xenon-skill-build-guide/)
The fact that the KMS wiki still list it as lv 5 means that no one has noticed the error and is probably in the current up to date version of KMS. (be ready for 6+ month wait for KMS to fix it first and have the change ported to GMS)
Or KMS forgot to list that they added 1 more SP to xenon 1st, 2nd, 3rd job advancement and the cygnus knight, and the GMS team missed it because KMS didn't write it.
Or adding 1 SP to job advancement is broken is general in GMS.
The master level of the skill is adjusted to master all skills of the 1st to 4th .

Expiring pets that is sold normally (not in loot box) almost always have the 90 days duration written on the description in game and on the cash shop update notice.
Pets with set effect … (more)always have a 90 days duration and is never permanent (if Nexon accidentally sell one to be permanent, they will fix it back to a 90 days duration pretty quick).
The P stand for petite, which mean it has access to the wide area map loot magnet ability in addition to the set effect with the highest att/matt. (less)
You must have unequipped your secondary weapon, it is required for some class to attack.
You can buy another one from a npc named "Neville" in most towns if you can't find it in your inventory.
Comparing the kms mastery level, the total SP needed for xenon is still the same and they keep their wiki well updated so the same mastery level mean nothing changed.
