There's lots of things wrong with the crafting system, but crafting decay probably had more to do with deterring players than fatigue.

They'd need a full, dedicated revamp to make it worthwhile, although I think KMS is focusing more on individual areas and tweaking combat than they are on revamping systems.

Blacklisting should prevent a character from /finding you and whispering you. It also blocks things like trade and buddy requests, I believe. It doesn't block their megaphones (Nexon has given general outlines as to why this is) and as far as I'm aware (I have no one on my blacklist so bear with me) it doesn't block their general chat (I.E. chat visible to all players in a map).

So in short, it blocks harassment and people you don't want to deal with, but not necessarily annoying users.

Some of the drop locations are incredibly hidden. They're there, just keep mashing the mouse key until you find it.
I also seem to recall one of the locations being underneath the stairs, so the pictures in Hidden Street may be outdated, but I could be mistaken.

It's a difficult quest, but not impossible.

Regardless, the best thing you can do is ask. There are a lot of people who want a lot of different things, especially among veteran players.

I both soloed easy Empress and dealt the final blow to the Inferno Wolf today. Thank you choco-buffs.
