kanna rune false ban

Several of my friends got banned for hacking after they used the rune of skill/destruction on their kannas, and the reason says they engaged skill cooldown manipulation activity.
Pls check this out

    Its easier if you follow the Bug Reporting Guidelines detailed here.

    Were they banned completely or just disconnected? If they were banned and you are sure they weren't hacking then they should go directly to Support, here on the forums its very unlikely something will be able to be done.

    my friend faced the same problem, and he just played the game normally. Plz help him, we are waiting for he to carry Lucid. QAQ

    Kanna

    I log in to the game to complete the Nameless Town daily task. Then I‘m going to hunt Lantern Erda . It took me an hour to arrived Lv.210 from Lv.208 . But I get ban When I arrived Lv.210 .

    I don't take any rune of skill/destruction .
    I play Maplestory at least 150ms high-delay, I guess it could be Kanna skills checked by mistake.

    After releasing a rune within 1 minute, I was kicked out with a system information said " You are kicked by ...skill...blah blah...". Then I was banned when I tried to reconnect. It seems really similar to other players who got banned. Idk how the system differentiates hacking to a legitimate in-game mechanic. Please check this out. Thanks a lot.

    Yesterday I faced this problem on my kanna and sent ticket to relevant GM , but I only got the reply that I have been confirmed to be engaging in character skill cooldown manipulation activity. I never do that. Some of my guild friends faced this problem too and they got the same reply. What a coincidence! Please Please Please check it again.
