I personally use Anti-Micro, also while 3rd party stuff isn't supported, last I checked it isn't against ToS either. So long as you aren't using macros, you should be fine.
Get to 250+ and join a guild. Do it on multiple characters. I have so many characters bossing at CRA/Loman level that I don't have enough time to join parties or look for people to trade … (more)with. Maple is still extremely social, just not in the same way. What you're suggesting would only split the community even further apart and actually hurt the social aspect even more. Monster Park Extreme also brings back party grind for 260+ players, not exactly the solution we asked for but it somewhat works. (less)

The better option is to just remove the gender flag from all items. It doesn't have any gameplay changing effects so there's no reason for it to exist at this point.
