Seems like a good example of the ol' "Don't do anything important on public wifi."
Nexon's biggest issue is community communication. Just remember that spamming the ticket system is the fastest way to never see your character(s) again.
If you're going to make a ticket it's probably best to create one and then wait awhile before creating a new one.
This will give Nexon time to forgive you for asking the same question again and you might get a GM that knows more about the game.

You don't know if they were unable to play during the most recent event for personal reasons or not. Don't be so quick to judge them and other players that play this game, because they ask a simple question. They weren't demanding another cash transfer event, they just wanted to know when the next one was coming.

When a question is asked constantly by the community over and over again, some people tend to get annoyed with the very act of asking said question.
Plus given the fact that we just had one end, it's easy to view it as asking for more more more when Nexon just gave exactly what people are constantly asking for.

there is allways DMT/marvel and nx xfer around "big" updates/new job
this summer we are geting new job and some other changes definitely before 2021

If you can source any of the other NX transfer's I'll add them to the list.
I'm sure google's search engine missed a few of them.
