I believe I've already made my stance on the issue of this thread clear.
But as far as doing it (Bans/Warnings) ingame at the same speed, that's absolutely not possible. We're talking about a game that thousands of people play, where if someone is hacking or not can be fuzzy and requires gathering more data.
Compared to a forum where only a few dozen posts are made each day at best. It's apples and oranges. (less)
We used to get events where you could exchange them for the newest/latest/greatest event coin, I don't think we've had one of these in awhile.

stopping them from doing it, because mabinogi is made by the same company and, as far as I've been told, still has the option for same-sex marriage.
Apparently Mabinogi only has this option in the NA version.
So there could be multiple reasons such as NA development was still separate when this was added.
Or perhaps the game was developed with less spaghetti making it easier for them to do changes like that.
Whatever the reason may be, it is highly unlikely we will get same sex marriage for MapleStory.
I would just ignore it, it's only asking for eDrama. If you have a significant other that also plays MapleStory, just cherish them irl instead. (less)
