The bug should be fixed as of a short time ago, if you are still stuck keep amending this thread with your character IGN, server, and time of incident.
After today’s maintenance, Maplers have been experiencing occurrences where bosses and event monsters (Commerci, Hunter Portals, Inferno Wolf) no longer spawn.
Your reports are all being forwarded for debugging.
Until a fix is in place, avoid using up your daily/weekly boss entry counts.
Activating runes is also yet another form of acquiring determination. Upon proving your DDR skills, a dark prize genie will fly out to annoy your character.
Determination orbs will drop every time you swat it with your skills until the bugger learns it's lesson and buzzes off.
Back on topic: I agree with everyone; it is frustrating for this mission to be available exclusively for lvl 200+ characters given the lack of alternative methods for capping daily determination.
Given the lower grade materials can be easily farmed at Ardentmill, they were removed in exchange for more including more precious resources including cubes, fragments, blades, and flames.
