Majour problems with the Guild Castle that really needs to be addressed as soon as possible!
1. EXP from Guild Castle Cache mobs should be per character and not per world. As these mobs only give EXP it makes it feel really bad doing them to grow your private skills and doing the weekly mission without the EXP for those with multiple characters.
Not to mention, you should not have to pick and choose only playing one character per week.
2. Private skills should progress for all characters in that world. This process takes such a long time that it should only need to be done once for that world for all of your characters and future characters to benefit from.
3. All (non-equipment) items should be transferable within account.
The hype of 6th job advancement will bring in a lot of new players and relapsed players and NA Reboot cannot handle the amount of players anymore for big patches, it is time to create Reboot 2 for new players to populate.
Jett compensation needs to be even bigger than the flame scam compensation because this is an entire job you are removing and is very unacceptable by those metrics alone, plus it needs to be an insane compensation so that maybe Nexon will think twice before ever considering to delete another job since Jett should not be deleted either.
Take what is being given out and make it Transferable Within World for all of those items!
Now to add on more to the list:
~There is multiple equipment sets people use, like Damage Gear and Mesos / Item Drop Rate Gear which is not all equipped at the same time, so this needs to be addressed to get changed over to the Jett's new home job.
~ Players also need to hold on to backups in their inventory, so this needs to be addressed to get changed over to the Jett's new home job.
Further compensation rewards per Jett that is above level 200:
~ 2,000 Pink Cubes (Bright Cubes? The cubes that save the current potential and gives you a choice between new and old.) [Locked to the Jett Character]
~ 2,000 Black Flames [Locked to the Jett Character]
~ 200 Miracle Circulators [Locked to the Jett Character]
~ 2,000,000 Honour EXP worth of medals [Locked to the Jett Character]
~ 200 Nodestones [Locked to the Jett Character]
~ Fake Arcane Umbra Weapon Box [Locked to the Jett Character]
Each Jett transferred give Maple Points based on its level [Hard date this to prevent exploit]:
Level 100-199 grants 1,000 Maple Points per 10 levels rounded down to the nearest 10 (10,000 Maple Points for being a 190-199 Jett)
Level 200-249 grants 5,000 Maple Points per 10 levels rounded down to the nearest 10 (35,000 Maple Points for being a 240-249 Jett)
Level 250 and above grants 20,000 Maple Points per 10 levels rounded down to the nearest 10 (135,000 Maple Points for being a 290-299 Jett)
Further compensation rewards for all Jetts that get transferred over, once per world, all transferable within the world:
~ 1x Permanent Duration Lil' Jett Pet Coupon (Normal Pet) [Coupon is transferable, the pet itself in untradeable]
~ Level 250 and above Jett was transferred over: Free Petite Luna Pet of the user's choosing, allow choice of every Petite Luna Pet that was ever released, can only choose one. Functions exactly the same as a Petite Luna Pet including ability to be revived and be taught pet skills. [Hard date this to prevent exploit and only true, fully dedicated Jett mains get a free vacuum pet.]

To be honest this would still be not enough as someone's hard earned main is being stripped away from them, the job that they loved to play for all of these years, but give enough to players and these might be forgiven to an extent.
Jett or any other class should never be removed from the game and this is unacceptable from Nexon!
Even if they don't reconsider Jett's fate, you could try out Khali which mobs just like Jett even though the bossing is drastically different. No space car or beetle turret though...
