Minmaxing, mostly. They're only 1k per stack after your passives anyway, so ilbis and crystal ilbis beat them out with ~200 more per stack if memory serves.
Yeah I don't get why this is still apparently an ongoing problem either. Unless things are not as they've been said to be, this really should have been taken care of ages ago.
