I'm honestly a bit surprised that a major update was finished within its estimated time frame and didn't produce issues severe enough to warrant taking down the entire game. The issues with aurora, while unfortunate for those players, were localized entirely to that specific server, which meant they were able to fix it without bringing down the entire game.

A "kids game" wherein actual children are in the minority, and the majority consisting of college- and work-age adults. This argument hasn't held water for years.

Have you considered, as well, the number of people in discord who have, since Wednesday, asked all manner of thing such as "why can't I make an adele?", "how do I get to reverse city?", "why can't I get to reverse city?".

All three questions are readily answered by reading the patch notes. Which, conveniently, are still a "featured post" on the main site page. There's really no excuse for asking something that's answered plainly in the patch notes, other than gross laziness or a lack of desire to take three minutes to open the patch notes, click on "adele" or "reverse city" and see the date at which it becomes available.

Just because you like having the ingame bgm unmuted doesn't mean everyone does. I leave it muted and listen to my own music most of the time. That suggestion is crap.
