I agree, as the one who started the discussion about the revamp Equipment Tooltip UI.
The issue with the highest priority is the one where there are Hackers, Botters and a critical … (more)inflation which makes the game's economy to be unstable, too much expensive for everybody.

I'm DEFINITELY saying that the game is not fun anymore, when prices are too high, when it's hard to sell/buy a lot of items and more.


As a player of Luna, last year I was able to buy a lot of items for fair prices which I could earn by myself.
Somehow, since these times, everything now is super expensive and super hard to earn (the prices are 10 times or more than how it was).
Maybe the best chance to earn something really good you want is to spend a lot of NX and hope to be lucky to earn something
valuable enough.

However, it doesn't mean that it's bad to talk about possible revamps to the Equipment Tooltip UI.
I used to see other regional services and I found that every another service (if not most of them) got the Equipment Tooltip UI revamps including being able to see the missing stats of certain equips in Luna which were obtained prior the Europe service migration.

I would like to see that "The Voice of Mapler" is listened and efforts are done to make the game more fun and more comfortable to play. (less)

One year ago, the Europe MapleStory service migration to North America MapleStory/Global MapleStory service has been applied.

I believe the merge of the european community with the north … (more)american community brought with it some advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages:
1. We get updates even faster than before.
2. Two separated worlds were merged and combined into one world with bigger community.
3. There are even more events, rewards and various game contents available to the european community.
4. It's easier than ever to level up and reach up to level 250.
5. It's faster to increase potential's tier for equips.
6. More options to earn mesos quickly.
7. The cost of mesos to get to the next star force's level by enhancing equips is lower.

Disadvantages:
1. More game bugs.
2. Certain players (like me) are not satisfied due to many options and systems being limited or not included which were included previously or are included in other MapleStory's regional services.
3. Some items including certain valuable items that european MapleStory players own were downgraded from being tradeable to untradeable and more.
4. A lot of game crash incidents which were not been occurred before (sadly, nowadays, too).
5. Even more complex management for the game team (I guess it's how it is).
6. Certain players (like me) are not satisfied due to requests to resolve issues which were not handled properly as expected.
7. Time zone which was set to be UTC for either north american community and european community and it has a significant impact to the north american players.
8. Certain options on the forums are either limited even more than before or are not available.
9. I believe in some cases players need to spend even more cash than before to earn virtual valuable rewards or buy some useful items they wish to earn, including items to improve the gameplay experience. (less)

The Change Character which should allow to go back to the character selection screen and change characters without having to quit the game is moving back to the World Character … (more)Screen instead.

In previous patch it was designed that the Change Character button allows the player to go back to the character selection screen and change characters without having to quit the game.
I was aware this option was temporarily disabled intentionally in attempts to resolve certain stability issues.

However, please enable this option again to work properly as the community like me wanted it.

As some of you may know, Global MapleStory is getting closer to 5000 days of service.
As of today, more then 4500 days of service have been passed since the the birth of the Global MapleStory! It will happen in 1+ years from today, and due to this, it will be a great opportunity to celebrate!

Korea MapleStory already celebrated their 5000 days of their service - a special event which was included some special rewards given during 10 days for collecting candles dropped by monsters within level range.

The event was taking place on the MapleStorySEA service too (they didn't reach to 5000 days yet).

I would like this event to arrive to here, to Global MapleStory, too.
I believe it's great and super fun and colorful event with joy which was created to commemorate the 5000th day of the service!

Please consider to revamp the Equipment UI Tooltip so it will have a more modern look as shown below:

- The title of the equipment will be in the mddile.
- As we don't get additional stats for newly obtained equipments, please make that all the equipments will be given with a dot with outlined border.
and stats included will be given with random range (like in the old maple).
- For scrolled items and items obtained with stats with random range, the addition to the stat will be shown in blue color (as shown in the picture).
For example: +70 (70 + 1) => +70 (70 +1).
- The row of the classes' names will be shown more clearly.
- It's greatly recommended that text-size for the equipment's details will remain as it's today.

For cases like this:



- Some equipments like this don't include that MaxHP and MaxMP are +10% with the addition of percentage where necessary (the current view which is shown as MaxHP: +10 and MaxMP: +10 is incorrect).
- For players in Luna (like me, which includes equipments from the EMS pre-migration period) - there are equipments with some stats included in (such as: All stats: +3% and more) which are missing from the equipment tooltip view. Although, the stats are applied while the equipments are equipped by the player. The expected result is that the player will able to see all the stats of the equip in the tooltip.
