This is a really simple suggestion: Stop making only ONE amazing map with insane spawn in any given area that sticks out above way above the rest, making all others seem pathetic and relatively slow.
Additionally, stop designing completely terrible layouts with awkwardly located platforms that make it unnecessarily difficult to navigate.
This is dumb. You literally have a European server (Luna). There are also far more western players, yet all the western servers are all on UTC.
Why is the idea of setting the European server, Luna, to a european-friendly time zone while simultaneously setting the western servers to a western-friendly time zone (like PST or EST) such a hard concept to grasp?
Why is inconveniencing 75% of your player base the preferable choice?
People aren't going to server hop just to play content a few hours early, because all of their stuff is on another server. And even if they did, who cares?
If the issue is about not having people on UTC miss out on timed content after a patch, just don't start the events right after the patch! It's not like there won't be 4-16 hours of maintenance right after the patch drops anyway.
Pandering to the minority! You know, the latest and greatest trending course of action among businesses/companies these days.
Look, it's really simple. If this goes uncontested, it will be a segue in to more p2w releases in future Reboot events. We know how Nexon thinks.
First off, it's pretty obvious that they hate Reboot in its current state and highly regret putting it in, because now people who want to actually play for free, or as minimal as possible, mind you (pets are pretty much a must have if you want to keep up with your peers) have a place to do that, and a couple bucks every 3 months to maintain that isn't much to ask. There's always Hilla's pet Blackheart option for those who want to play entirely for free. The majority of today's MMO players flock to Reboot because of this.
Secondly, They make key decisions and changes to the game with very little player approval, or surveys, questionnaires, etc. and you have to raise untold amounts of hell and ruckus before they even begin to consider taking a different course of action than they have already cemented. In my opinion, from what I see and know, they are trying to slip this one by and test the waters. If it gets accepted with minimal resistance and they keep enough paying players from it, they WILL turn Reboot in to another cash cow.
With this forced change, I'm finished. I can't get Steam or Nexon's launcher to work properly.
All the same, I guess. I'm pretty fed up with the direction Nexon is taking this game right now. Hoping for a brighter future for it, but not holding my breath.
