Because Christianity has reformed and most Christians aside from actual fringe groups like Amish, don't believe those things from the Bible. They 'cherrypick' so to speak. Muslims haven't done that. I'm saying if they want to keep their religion they have to reform like Christianity has otherwise it has no place in our modern society. Hurrdurr the Bible has horrible things too so we should let third world hordes into our country. How bout no. Pointing out that the Bible has similar messages doesn't negate the atrocities listed in the Koran and the fact that Muslims actually follow them to this day unlike Christians.

If you want to debate whether cherry picking the Bible is or isn't the right way to be a Christian that is a separate debate. The point is that Christians have rejected certain things or changed it so that it is acceptable in society. Islam needs to do the same. Then you can go about discussing whether or not that is the right way to practice Islam. Peaceful Muslims are exactly what I said, they are westernized Muslims that have mixed their Islamic belief with western belief. That is fine by me. If they aren't willing to adopt western values they aren't welcome.

Also women had suffrage in the 1950s. As much as I hate to say it, not much good came about with women's suffrage. I'll say it because no other girl will, women don't make good political decisions. When reason and emotion come into conflict, emotion usually wins for most women. That's not to say I think it should be taken away because there have been great female politicians like Margaret Thatcher, Frauke Petry and Kirralie Smith. But there should be a requirement, either you need a minimum amount of property or maybe pass a test. Test would have to be very basic and based on facts irrelevant to political opinion such as what are the 3 branches of government, which of the following is the 1st ammendment, etc. I'd prefer the latter and have a voting license for citizens wanting to vote. It's amazing how many people don't know these basic things but they are allowed to vote.

There's nothing Hillary about what I said. Yes most good leaders tend to be men that doesn't mean I think women should be excluded. It just means that when you look at quality of leadership the best tend to be men. Of course you'll get some women too. Of course both genders are capable of leading and gender should be irrelevant when choosing. But it's incorrect to say that good leaders come equally from men and women. Women and men are not equal. There are some things women are generally better at and some things men are generally better at. Feminists these days are so obsessed with trying to prove they can do everything a man does that women are losing our uniqueness. Women weren't created to do everything a man can. How can you tell which one is good leader if you just judge them based on their gender? How can you create another Margaret Thatcher if all you can see is gender and nothing else! What if that female is great leader will you still say no because "she is a girl?'
