Apparently I came across a Youtube video on the MapleStory Subreddit that showcased a newly created Kanna got instantly banned in some minutes. I think people should refrain from making a kanna for the time being for now.
Wow, this is ridiculous. You'll see though how this will only harm legit players instead of bots and hackers. Surprises me that yesterday I still could find Kanna bots around. Good job.
My Kanna has been permanently ban for no reason.
On the 17th of this month, I was doing tasks in the normal game, and suddenly dropped the line. Then I received a notice that my account was permanently banned from logging in. I'm very sure that I've never opened third-party software, or any third-party software to assist or change game settings.
Many of my friends have encountered the same situation. When we ask for help on the official website, the official response is to change the skill cooling of the game. At present, only Kanna has encountered this situation, and we are all doing different things in the game but have the same results. My friends and I cherish our account very much. After all, we love this game very much, especially me. My first contact with this game was in 2004.
My request on the official website didn't get any effective reply, so I hope to get help here.

I have reported this matter to Many administrators in support
He told me That I have used hacking about using Skill cooldown
I'm just playing as usual And do normal quests No cheating or hacking at all. At that time I went to monster park. I got kicked out of the server and banned.
is seriously? Kanna false bans again? too many unjustified bans not only here in the forums in reedit also the situation is the same, for the good of all better nobody play kanna, and the technical support resolves for the sake of those affected their accounts, it is incredible what is happening in the games lately ...

I was doing an activity task. When the clown three hits suddenly dropped, then it showed that I was permanently sealed. This made me very sad. I spent a lot of time and energy on this game every day and I met many friends. I wrote a ticked but replied to me or locked it permanently, which made me really disappointed. I hope you can help me.
It seems that the person GM who replied here did not record it. After waiting for a month's reply, I still didn't wait. I only waited for an announcement but the result was still not announced.

We have a common point that we lifted the curse which could reduce cool down of some skills and use skills repetitively.
And I am convinced that all of us are legit players.
Please look into the auto-ban system.There must be something wrong in the judgement mechanism.
Such a practice may not sustain a better game environment but harms the right of legit players to play the game.
