Much appreciated, sadly Nexon doesn't have the best security warnings in place. No last time of login or location list, no email/text warning with suspicious login, etc.
It's extremely random to say the least. Sometimes low pop channels have high delay and channel 1 has low delay. It's also pretty hard to tell. It's easier to tell on 2x exp/drop events when farming mobs though.
From my experience, delays in server makes you lose time. ie. 30 seconds can be 30.5 seconds. So, if you are in the same channel as him, you should be at the same time if no one d/cs or relogs.
They said they reduced Event Hall lag a while back after players were complaining about it a few months back. I don't think much changed though. For me, Event Hall ranges around 2.4GHz to 3GHz. So, if I don't have above that, super low FPS.
