I really love how far Maplestory has come and I want to come back and play it. Though I am worried about how well progress would go since I am not the richest of people, but I do put in the work. First some questions since I really need them answered.
-Is it possible to still enjoy the game without having to spend millions on gear? (I do cash in $10~$30 every once in a while but not always and I don't want to spend it all cubing)
This is possible in Non-Reboot. Just save up mesos and do your daily bosses.-Can you make money to buy cosmetics via in game money instead of real money? (I love customization but last time I checked everything in the store is timed)
Build up on your Link Skills. Some good ones are Demon Slayer, Xenon, Kanna, Luminous, Cannoneer, Phantom.-I want to main a Demon Avenger what can I do to boost their damage? Last time I checked there was some sort of system that gave unique skills to certain characters and the skill increased as the characters level increase, and also character cards.
You can now have Herbalism, Mining, and one crafting profession on one character in Non-Reboot. Accessory Crafting is not really good anymore due to all sorts of gears that outclass a majority of them. Decide between Alchemy for Potions which are really good at Master Craftsman/Meister, or Item Crystal extraction. You can also choose Smithing to craft armor, or Cubes if your Master Craftsman/Meister.-What profession should I pick for my main? ( Before I quit I had mining and another profession that let me get rings and stuff i don't remember the name)
In Non-Reboot that's up to you. It doesn't really matter at the end. Just make sure to choose a proper main one. Other characters as back-up you just need to remember what they are after maxing it out to Level 10. It's not like you're going to maintain all of them at Master Craftsman/Meister and if you do that's generally a huge waste of resources.-What profession should I pick for my alt(s)? (I heard Demon Slayer/Kanna is great for mobbing so maybe something that involves getting mob drops would be a good profession? I don't really know)
Root Abyss Top/Bottom/Hat/Weapon, Tyrant Cape/Shoes, and Superior Gollux Accessories and all Gollux Rings. There's a lot more items that can be swapped out etc. but that's the general set-up for all characters minus certain exceptions.-What stats should I be focusing on a Demon Avenger + What endgame set should I be trying to get for him/her?
Gears generally don't matter during leveling up. At best just swap out for better ones when you get the chance. They don't matter until much later into the game.-What should I do about gear for my first time leveling?
There's a leveling guide here and here. Maple Guide is your best friend too, use that too.-Best way to currently level?
Besides bossing...-How to earn mesos?
-What's the best channel to play in that doesn't have a broken economy/is active/leveling isn't a pain/making money isn't toooo much of a hassle ?

Oh, on top of that, I used the fragments to buy an 80% and a 60% Unique scroll, both of which failed wondrously.
Well looks like we aren't getting perm clothes.
Too late to balance the jump quest now, most of us have basically done it. Now we just want perm clothes and we're not getting it.
I can already predict it coming out in a surprise style box a few months from now. Typical nexon hey?
